We were tasked with knocking down a 1960’s bungalow and replacing it with a two-storey ultra modern smart home for clients Mr & Mrs Gagg.
We are absolutely delighted with our new home. We haven’t built our own property before and in the beginning we only planned an extension but due to various complications with the original construction, we decided to take it back to planning and build a new dwelling. During the whole process Ben and his team were completely on side and helped to work around timescales. During the build, we discussed various products and options available and Ben was more than happy to discuss the pros and cons with me.
With building your own home, comes so many decisions and some decisions need making sooner than you realise. I wanted to be more involved and Ben was more than happy to work this way. Ben has high standards and it was good to hear him talking to his team about what he expected and how he wanted the work to be carried out.
Ben’s team were always very respectful and we would certainly recommend them for any building work.
